TERMS OF PAYMENT

Option 1

Stage 1 - €3000 reservation fee, reserves property for 21 days.
Stage 2

• The first installment  representing 20 % (twenty per cent) of the price , payable within a term of 14 (fourteen) days, counted from the date of signing the Preliminary Purchase  Contract.

Stage 3

•  The second installment , representing 20 % (twenty per cent) of the price, after the completion of the foundations of the building.

Stage 4

• The fourth installment , constituting 60 % of the price , at the assignment of the ownership over the SITE.

Option 2
Purchase with guarantied rental option
Stage 1 - €1000 reservation fee, reserves property for 21 days.
Stage 2 – First instalments  of 30% on signing of Preliminary purchase contract and Rental contract within 21 days
Stage 3- The second installment , representing 20 % (twenty per cent) of the price with rental guarantee supplement , after the completion of the foundations of the building.
Stage 4- The third installment, constituting 20 % of the price with rental guarantee supplement, after the rough completion and the coverage of the building by a roof.
Stage 5- The fourth installment , constituting 30 % of the price with rental guarantee supplement , at the assignment of the ownership over the SITE.
